If there is any claims, we will assist our insurance advisers in processing of claims for our clients. We will submit their application for approval by the insurance company and we will even arrange medical appointments for our clients if needed. And if there are any special conditions imposed by the insurance companies, we will fight for the best possible terms for our clients. In a nutshell, my team of Client Service Managers are responsible for settling any post-purchase admin matters for our clients so that they can have a piece of mind.
